Built by finance leaders, with RevOps

Sumi was founded by a VP of Finance who spent years designing, evaluating, and operating sales compensation plans alongside Finance, RevOps, and GTM leaders.

We're building Sumi because compensation planning deserves better than disconnected spreadsheets, slide decks, and point solutions. Our goal is to create a collaborative, AI-native environment where teams can design, benchmark, evaluate, and refine plans together.

We're currently working closely with a small group of design partners and experienced Finance and RevOps leaders to shape the product around how compensation planning actually happens inside companies.
